One-on-one and Group training

Justgina Fitness offers one-on-one and small group fitness instruction in personal training studios, full-service fitness and sports facilities, in your home or office, remotely (via Skype or email),  and outdoors. Justgina Fitness designs workouts that are effective, fun and specifically tailored to your needs.

Fitness Assessment

  1. Your personal fitness program begins with a comprehensive, functional evaluation that will assess your movement patterns, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
  2. The results of your evaluation are then reviewed with you in detail.  With your input I will design a customized program for you based on your goals and needs.

Sports Specific Assessment

  1. Your sports specific program begins with a comprehensive, functional evaluation that will assess your movement patterns, strength, power, flexibility, muscle imbalances,endurance and body composition.
  2. The results of your evaluation are then reviewed with you in detail.  With your input I will design a customized program for you based on your goals and needs.

Pre- and Post-rehabilitation

Are you preparing to undergo orthopedic surgery?  Have you recently had orthopedic surgery, health-related cosmetic surgery, or physical therapy?  Do you experience chronic back pain?  Gina Hoag, a certified post-rehabilitation specialist, will interact with your surgeon or healthcare provider to develop an appropriate exercise protocol and will give you the tools you need to regain and maintain your active life.

Athletes require balance, core stabilization, coordination, agility, strength, power and endurance. Justgina Fitness sports conditioning programs are designed to enhance your success and reduce your risk of injury. Justgina Fitness offers climbing, hiking and alpine mountaineering specific conditioning, as well as marathon training programs.
