Wonderful trainer whose energy, enthusiasm and encouragement, along with her keen knowledge of how bones and muscles work together, has motivated this 65 year old frame to be in the best shape of its life.  Twice a week for the past seven years she has taken me through sessions that emphasize core strength and flexibility, with enough cardio to wear me out without beating me up.  No question that she has added years to my life.

Gina is the best trainer out there. She works you hard but never hurts you. She totally changed my body. 18 years ago when I was 36 I started with Gina to get back into shape after having kids and I’ve never looked back. Every workout is different and never boring. We do it all from weights, yoga, core strength and interval training. Gina is a Power Goddess and master of her craft; incredibly bright with a treasure trove of health and fitness knowledge. She’s also an expert climber, runner, weight trainer, snowboard instructor, and yogi..just to name a few.. Gina is the real deal! She is warm, inviting, outgoing, energetic and will kick your butt when she trains you!

Fitness has to be fun to be motivating! She has a great sense of humor and we laugh all the time, which makes her gnarly pumped-out sets actually enjoyable! I workout with Gina 3x/week focusing on specific muscle groups, and each time she mixes it up so things are not monotonous and I’m always challenged. My body has totally transformed. My energy, strength and balance have improved immensely, making me more self confident in trying new things.  Gina will help you see what your body is actually capable of.

I’m continually impressed with the challenges she comes up with, and it’s been especially rewarding to find myself able to do new things that I know would have been impossible when I started. I get excited to reach goals I’ve never thought about reaching! Gina turned me on to climbing a year ago, and now Im hooked! She now incorporates climbing and other complimentary exercises into my workouts which I love!

Working out is no longer a chore for me, it is part of my daily routine and is something I thoroughly enjoy. Training with her has changed the way I feel and how I workout when Im on my own. In Gina I have a personal trainer, climbing coach, nutritionist, life coach, and friend all in one! She is an Inspiration to everyone she meets! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are successful in accomplishing their goals.

I used to exercise at a gym a few times a week, but as I got older I injured myself occasionally and more than once had to resort to physical therapy to get back to health.  I realized I needed guidance to prevent injuries and also to help me go into “the golden years” in the best of health and vigor possible.  I researched personal trainers and discovered Gina, who had a whole host of qualifications, including post-rehabilitation certification and working with elder clients.  When I began working with her about eight years ago, I found her dedicated and delightful as well as challenging.  She monitors and teaches me body mechanics as I exercise and it has changed my life.  I have gained so much in strength, core fitness, posture, correct techniques.  I do my share of moaning and groaning through some challenges, but I love it and feel much younger than my years; and because I feel stronger and more capable, I have found that I move through the day with less stress and great cheer.                                                                               -Phyllis M, Towson, Maryland
